I have a question on this…People talk about gold being a hedge against inflation etc, but when I was looking at a 30 year gold chart, there was no real noticeable trend of progress. Was there not enough inflation? to do anything to the value of gold? I know there were some short spurts that would be an exception in the past 30 years, but I’m confused/curious about this.
